Information collected
If you submit an inquiry form, Web Studio may collect your contact name, business name, city, email address, WhatsApp number, optional current website, goal, required service, timeline, budget range, notes, and for gyms: additional business, setup, and goals information.
How information is used
Form submissions are routed to WhatsApp. Web Studio uses the submitted information to understand your request and respond. We do not run email backends, databases, or third-party form services. No information is sold or shared outside the WhatsApp submission.
What is stored
No form data is stored on our servers. Inquiry forms may temporarily store progress in your browser sessionStorage while you complete them. Reaching the review screen does not submit or clear the draft, and Edit details preserves it. The draft is cleared when you intentionally continue through a valid WhatsApp action, when you use an explicit reset if one is available, or when the browser session ends. Filling or reviewing a form does not automatically transmit information to Web Studio. We do not use localStorage for personal data.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies. No analytics script is loaded by default. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
